Started an injection moulding plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Entered the stamping business with establishment of Premier Engineers later merged into Shree Pressings.
Set up Mahesh Industries to manufacture components for 2 and 3 wheeler shock absorber assemblies.
A CNC machine setup for value added shock absorber tube products.
A greenfield project for manufacturing of refrigerator condensers.
Ventured into manufacturing of shock absorber welded assemblies for passenger vehicles & commercial vehicles.
