Infrastructure

We aim to stay in line with world-class advances in Machining technology. Our infrastructure consists of the latest machines for machining such as Double head CNC turning machines and VMCs for precision machined components.

We also have 2 machines BLM Italy Make fully integrated Tube cutting, chamfering and online gauging machine. This machine is capable to produce fully finished cut length chamfered tubes with length accuracy of 40 microns with 100% online gauging.

Machine is suitable for suspension Inner tubes and rubber bushings sleeves.

We have complete set up for producing smallest precision sheet metal part to most complicated heavy duty component. We have 80+ Mechanical and Hydraulic presses, ranging from 10 MT to 500 MT. Our blanking presses have precision auto feeders for nesting application.

We have dedicated in-house design team and tool room for accurate and faster developments of parts.

For fabrication we have complete range of machines which include Tube laser cutting machine, bending machine, entire range of welding- Robotic MIG, Seam, TIG, Projection and spot etc.

For each of fabricated parts and assemblies, process flow is defined and process engineering is done to ensure minimum human dependency in manufacturing.

Automation of process is always our key focus in manufacturing assemblies.

Surface coating is one of critical process for ensuring life of any component. Hence we provide complete solution to customer for their surface coating requirements. We have in house paint shop and dedicated suppliers for Zinc plating, NiCr plating and Power coating.

We have dedicated team of designer and well equipped tool room for development of our tooling and dies. Tool room consists of most advanced Design software, Milling machines, DROs and measuring instruments.
